Is this the first real sign that the inevitable decline is upon Microsoft? The PC generation has fully given way to the (i)Phone generation. If you take a look at what is going in the handheld markets (not just iPhone, but Blackberry and other WinMo phone), try and find places where Microsoft generates revenue. Beyond Windows Mobile licensing, there is virtually nothing there.
