Continuing on the theme of the week....
"Morse: My definition of entrepreneurship is the same as Howard Stevenson’s. That is, pursuing a project without having the resources needed to finish it. Starting before you have everything you need to get it done.
Sagan: It sounds a little bit like the definition of insanity."

Is SOA Failing?
I'm feeling a little contrarian as of late. It's a bit old but I did find the following Podcast from David Chappell interesting.

The Duct Tape Programmer?
A subject dear to my heart. I've always been more of a businessman than a pure developer, living by the motto it's more important that the product get done rather than it get done perfectly. There are limits of course you need to be wary of but ultimately revenue is the goal, not a technology case study.
"Peter asked Zawinski, “Overengineering seems to be a pet peeve of yours.”
“Yeah,” he says, “At the end of the day, ship the fucking thing! It’s great to rewrite your code and make it cleaner and by the third time it’ll actually be pretty. But that’s not the point—you’re not here to write code; you’re here to ship products.”
My hero."
